Designing of technological lines

We perform the design of technological lines in 3D and 2D environment according to the client's needs.
Technological lines usually start to be designed from the drawing up of the technical task, i.e. technological lines in writing. In the next stage, a 2D plan-sketch with key equipment and solutions is drawn up, raw material and production movement paths, intermediate equipment are marked.
Then a 2D technological line is created, which reflects the technical information of the key devices, dimensions, position relative to each other, intermediate connecting devices, etc.
In the next stage, the technological line is designed in a 3D environment, where the position of all equipment in space, the position of interconnecting components, key communication lines in relation to the room or building is clearly visible.
In this era, technological lines are inevitably related to 3D modeling - this way critical places, possible intersection points can be clearly seen and prevention of future failures and untimely wear of equipment or its parts can be carried out.

At the customer's request, we can manufacture and install individual products or technological lines designed by the "Pramonės projektų centras".
We perform this service by becoming a general contractor for a project or part of it. When performing the service, professional subcontractors are used - manufacturers of steel parts, metal processing specialists, component supply companies, automation engineers and other experienced professionals in their fields needed for the project. By choosing the project implementation model offered by us, the optimal quality of the device or technological line is achieved, meeting the customer's expectations and technological needs. Such a model is particularly attractive due to its price-quality ratio for small or medium-sized technological lines or installations.
